What is wrong with me?
Using the best evidence from the latest research our aim is to provide you with a diagnosis that makes sense. We take time to explain things that concern you like what a “trapped nerve” or “slipped disc” is or why your neck “cracks”.
How long will it take to get better?
Aches and pains take time to recover. We will tell you how long a sprained ankle, muscle or ligament can take and when it is safe to use it or start exercising again.
What can I do to help myself?
For best healing and recovery it is important that you are involved in your treatment early on. Our aim is to treat you and help you be independent of us as soon as you are ready. This not only saves you money but is the best way to recover too.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
If you have a leg or back problem you will need to undress to your underwear, so you may feel more comfortable bringing some shorts with you. If you have a running injury it would be useful to bring the trainers that you run in with you.
If you are claiming your treatment through your Medical Insurer, please make sure that you have authorisation from your insurer and that you bring your medical insurance membership number and insurance number with you. Unfortunately if you do not have these details you will need to pay for your treatment.
Please bring a list of the medications that you are currently taking with you
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment fee.
